Orba was founded by Brídín, a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher who saw a clear gap in Co. Tyrone: people wanted a professional, grounded place to practise yoga and access quality wellness treatments without travelling to Belfast or Dublin. In 2012, she opened the doors to what has become one of the most respected wellness spaces in the region.
Set on a quiet rural road outside Omagh, the studio was designed to feel like a genuine retreat from the moment you arrive. The space is calm, clean, and considered, with none of the noise or pressure you might find elsewhere. Our team of instructors and therapists are all formally qualified, and many have been with Orba for years, which shows in the consistency and care they bring to every class and treatment.
