    Your First Yoga Class - What to Expect

    If it is your first visit, arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can check in, set up your mat and settle. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a water bottle, and practise in bare feet mats and props are available, though you are welcome to bring your own. Let the teacher know about any injuries or if you are pregnant. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or experienced; you only need to turn up. We will take care of the rest.

    No experience is needed. Orba runs a dedicated Beginners Yoga class designed for people who have never practised before, and every class on the timetable can be adapted for newcomers. If you are unsure which class to start with, call +44 7596 592117 and we will recommend the best fit. Many members begin with Beginners Yoga or the Transformational Hatha Flow before moving into Vinyasa or Power Yoga.

    Bring comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and a small towel if you tend to get warm. Mats and props are available at the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Practise in bare feet no special footwear is required. Arrive a little hydrated and avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before class.

You can pay per drop-in class (£54), buy an Unlimited Classes membership (£115), or join the reduced-rate "For The Love of Place" community class (£15). Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is recommended especially for evening classes which fill quickly.

Power Yoga and Advanced Vinyasa Flow build strength, stamina and flexibility, while Restorative Yoga and Silent Meditation focus on relaxation and calming the nervous system. Hatha and Beginners classes sit in between, combining gentle strength with breath and stillness. Whatever your goal, there is a class on the timetable to match it.

    Orba offers the widest range of yoga classes in Omagh: Beginners Yoga, Transformational Hatha Flow, Intermediate and Advanced Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Silent Meditation, Prenatal Yoga, and Corporate Yoga programmes for workplaces. Classes run Monday to Thursday evenings, and Orba is the only studio in Co. Tyrone with an outdoor yoga shala for seasonal outdoor practice.

    Yes. Orba runs Prenatal Yoga adapted to support strength, breathing and comfort through each trimester, in a calm and supportive environment. It is suitable from the second trimester for most uncomplicated pregnancies please follow any guidance from your midwife or GP, and let the teacher know your due date when booking. Prenatal yoga pairs well with our pregnancy massage treatment for fuller pregnancy wellbeing.

    A single drop-in yoga class is £54. The Unlimited Classes membership is £115 and covers all yoga and Pilates classes on the timetable the best value if you attend regularly.
