Beginners Yoga – 6-Week Course

Join us starting Tuesday 20 January at 8 PM for a 6-week journey into yoga designed for beginners or those preferring a slower, more guided practice. In this course, you will:

  • Be introduced to foundational yoga poses, their benefits, and proper alignment

  • Learn breathing techniques and mindful movement

  • Receive detailed instruction to execute poses safely and effectively

  • Begin building a strong, enjoyable, and sustainable yoga practice
