I attended the meditation teacher training weekend in June which was taught over three days. I immediately felt very welcome when I arrived on the Friday night and it was great to meet new people from all walks of life. Bridin took her time to get to know us all and provided us with the materials we needed for the weekend and going forward. Over the course of the weekend we participated in various group meditations which were extremely powerful and enjoyable. We were trained on how to take a class on meditation. I found the whole experience extremely enjoyable and the food provided by Klaire was vegan and delicious, better than a vegan restaurant. I would highly recommend the meditation teacher training, Bridin is a fantastic teacher and Orba is a beautiful and magical place. Even if you are not interested in teaching meditation, I would still recommend the training as it was a wonderful experience.
